This is my 2nd sub-2000. Haven't had any issues. Would recommend if you are looking for a PCC.

I have had a few Kel tecs over the years and this sub 2000 gen 2 is a great shooter as are my others. A good just in case gun, fold it up, toss it in your backpack and if you need it there you go... Also I'll head to the range for a couple of hours have a great time shooting and not have to take out a mortgage to shoot. Highly recommend. Great carbine for the price.... Bud's Gun Shop is as professional and helpfull as they come, I highly recommend Bud's as well... Thanks, Ralph

I will say as someone who knew nothing about Kel Tec before purchasing this rifle that it is a lot flimsier than it looks. I have fully “m-carboized” this rifle since purchasing it and that definitely fixed some problems it has out of the factory. That being said, this would make an excellent backpack gun or truck gun but I would never rely on this as a primary battle rifle because one good drop and I feel like the plastic shell would crack and expose the trigger assembly or even throw some springs, also, taking this rifle apart is a complete pain in the behind. Still excellent value for what it is

I saw this in a local shop and fell in love at first site. I couldn't buy it at the time as my wife was with me and thinks I have too many guns already. Bought it on the sly. I've taken my 9mm to the range several times and have had no issues; no stove piping, F2F, etc. using Blazer Brass. As far as accuracy, I have yet to actually site it in but, with that being said, I've never had anything outside a 10" grouping at 25 yards. The recoil is basically nil so firing at a fast rate is a breeze. Nice little carbine and would recommend for anyone looking for a lightweight truck/backpack gun. The fact that it folds is a huge bonus considering it only takes up about 15"x5" of space. Obviously I love it.
