I did not have a 22 WRM rifle although I had several revolvers in the caliber. I like Savage and have a 17 HRM . So when I saw this rifle I liked the uniqueness of it's design and new I could depend on the Savage action. I placed a scope on it and it is dead accurate. I am primarily a plinker and just enjoy shooting with friends and family.

As always thank you Bud’s for the great service! Magazine on this gun is my only gripe. Had some feeding issues at the start but with a little modification to the magazine, no more problems. This thing is a tac driver though for sure!

Gun shoots great, 4 rounds covered with a dime. Problem with the magazine. It is a 10 round mag and if I put in more than 4 it will not feed as he tip of the bullet is impacting the top of the mag. It appears to be a spring or follower issue. If I use teh 5 round mags from my 17HMR all is good. Waiting to hear back from Savage. Otherwise this would be a 5

I own 2 of these. A . 17hmr and . 22mag. Most accurate rimfire weapons I've ever owned. Built like a tank, function smooth, easy handling, and beautiful wood. The minimalist design is very appealing.
