I have had mine for a couple months. Brake in has Dan Wesson recommended. Have had a few hiccups. Double feed a few times, not going all the way into battery during one ranch session, still keeping an eye on that popping up again. It is great to carry with a Galco Summer Comfort holster. I have about a 1000 rnds thru it so far. I would buy it again. It is in 9 mm.

What the heck I was waiting for? This firearm has it all. From craftsmanship to smoothness and beauty. At the range, people get jealous. It performs like a queen, it does digest any ammo without issue. By the way, if the slide doesn’t stay open after the last ammo, it is because the lock notch is to short and not fully engaged, causing the slide to move forward under recoil. I wonder if there was such thing like recoil with the Guardian. Anyway, me, I didn’t care to get a commander size slide lock from Willson Combat for $59:00 without complaining and solved that problem. HAT OFF for DAN WESSON GUARDIAN 9mm. This is the firearm I will never trade or sale.
