    Hi Jacob, yes, this is NJ compliant. (although the SA web site says this is not NJ compliant) It does not have a flash hider, it has a muzzle brake. You are allowed 1 'Evil' feature, which is usually the pistol grip. In this case, with the CA fin grip, your one evil feature would be the threaded barrel. Totally NJ compliant.

    would check with your FFL before ordering, there are FFL's in NJ who err on the side of caution and won't transfer anything questionable.
