Pump action is very smooth Easy breakdown and cleaning About as inexpensive of a solidly built pump as you can buy Cycles fast Cons As everyone says about this gun trigger is heavy. Running 10 pulls on a trigger gauge low was 5.5lbs and high was 7.5lbs. Cant get aftermarket support for the trigger to lighten trigger pull. In hindsight might have gone Mossberg 500 with the mCarbo trigger spring job Trigger guard is ridiculously big pushing safety far away from the hand as it sits in front of the trigger guard Slide release takes some getting used to. Not bad but different from other pumps If Winchester would shrink the trigger guard and improve the trigger this would be a ridiculous value
