Is this pistol optic ready and can you put a laser light on the pistol?

Ernesto, it is not optics ready, but you can add a laser. This pistol is not optics ready but you can add a laser. Those ridges in front of the trigger is a accessories Rail and you can add a laser or flashlight using that. Hope this helps.

The HK VP40 features the striker firing system with a light pull trigger.
