The innovative design is based on the select-fire ARX160, a battle-proven rifle platform which has earned its stripes in combat service with both the Italian army and Special Forces. It also comes standard with a folding stock, multiple Picatinny rails, 3 separate magazine releases, and 6 attachment points for the Condor tactical sling. The ARX100 also takes the concept of a totally ambidextrous rifle to a new level. Naturally the magazine release(s), selector lever, and safeties are all ambi, you'd expect that. But this platform also allows the operator to easily switch both the charging handle and ejection port from right to left.
