OMG I am so pleased with my new rifle . It came in quickly . I highly recommend Buds . I have plans on buying another gun from Buds . I purchased a savage axis 2 in 6mm ARC I took it to the range . After I put a RITON scope on it . After about 15 rounds . Dialing it in . I was shooting 2 inch groups at 300 yds . Thank you so much

SAVAGE AXIS II 6MM ARC IS A VERY WELL MADE GUN. SHOOTS GREAT, VERY SATISFIED.

My rifle, as delivered, has a crisp 2.0 lb trigger. The newest Savage rifles require #8 screws for scope bases, and this has been my only surprise. I'm very happy with how it has shot, having taken it out to 800 yds ringing steel. Sends the 108 ELD projectiles where I point it using Hornady's match ammo. I miss not having a brake to keep things settled, but it is going to be a hunting rifle, not a steel ringer. One negative is that the stock is extremely sharp at the mag opening (with mag removed, it drew blood like a paper cut). Ten minutes with a Dremel fixed that. I'm very pleased with this rifle, so much that I purchased the 110 Tactical in 6 ARC to ring steel.

Would have been helpful to know what it was drilled and taped and where to get a scope mounts 8-40 tapped
