Its made at a Romanian arms factory called NOVA. CD also imports all their guns from various countries. About the gun still in my collection and works great for a budget PCC but be aware the Glock adapter is very hard to find, otherwise it uses Beretta 92 mags.

Can this grip be swapped for a hogue grip

Malik, unfortunately the trigger guard is built into the grip, so it wouldn't be able to be replaced by a standard ak grip. I'd contact chiappa at +1.937.835.5000 or email them at ( INFO@CHIAPPAFIREARMS.COM ) to see if there's anything you can do. Sorry but hope this helps.

Malik, no it cannot be changed. The updated grip has an integrated trigger guard, so it cannot be changed out.

Does this firearm come with the glock mag well?

No, this uses Beretta 92 magazines Wich aren't too expensive. You can always buy the Glock magwell for this separately but it does not come with it. Sorry but hope this helps.
