Great full size version of the compact XD-S mod 2, perfect for range practice, and still small enough to carry very easily if you don't like the compact version, well worth the price with the optional red dot!

Springfield makes good guns. I prefer the 1911s but this was priced good enough for the night stand.

I got my Springfield XD Mod 2 4” with CTS 1500. This is a sweet pistol that shoots great right out of the box. I just mounted the optic and am looking forward to sighting it at the range. Slim profile make tha an awesome EDC. Buds was great to deal with and the shipping to my FFL was flawless. This was my first firearm purchase from Buds but it will not be my last.

If you don’t have one of these fine carry pistols you need one. Shoots like a dream, very accurate, and eats all the low end ammo that you will be affording to put through it to practice these days. Extra inch of barrel length gives you that little advantage that, hopefully, you never need! Shoots all the shiny hollow points just fine as well! Did I mention it’s tiny? Very easy to conceal!

I bought this because of the great price for a gun and optic. So far I've had to contact Crimson Trace because it stopped working first time at range. Completely shut off tried new batteries with no luck. Crimson trace however sent me a new one right away and I received within a week so that is great on their warranty and replacement. The gun itself is just OK. Out of all my handguns it's my most likely to sell trade etc. I just really don't like the trigger. It's a very heavy trigger pull, which for me personally I don't like as much. Just my preference. Other than that I haven't had any loading or firing issues. Have shot about 300 rounds of blazer with no other issues as far as the firearm itself. The red dot was super easy to sight in thats a plus. Also it is accurate if you can get use to the trigger however I have to be more mindful on my trigger pull with this than most other firearms I own.
