  yes that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant (you would need to get your own magazine) you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

• Q: I live in Illinois. Unfortunately I can only have 15 rounds mags. That being said can we swap out the 18 round for some 15 round.mags?

  Hi Dimitri, Bud's does not swap out magazines, they will only remove the non-compliant magazines. You would need to obtain your own 15rd magazines, available here budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/718007553/tp9+magazine+9mm+luger+15rd+steel+black ,
