• Q: Is there a particular brand or type of ammo that cycles the best?

  Hi Terrence and welcome. Initially start out with full power loads of 1300 plus fps. A trick I used was to store the shotgun with the bolt locked back for a couple of days and retry your current load. I would wager it would cycle much better. The stock recoil spring is verry stiff and this will shorten the so-called required break in period a great deal. Please report back with results. Cheers and stay safe!
• Q: Can I fire 2 3/4and 3 1/4 shells through this or does it have to be 3 inch?

  Hi Christopher and welcome. Yes, foster type slugs will give best performance/accuracy results. Fire through Cylinder Choke for best results. Do not fire slugs through a full choke.
