Since owning this firearm it's beginning to be clear to me that Kel-tec makes extremely well; high end, quality products. I believe that any owner knows that the grip is the most extrinsic part of the gun.

First, let me say that Bud's offers great products at great prices, ships fast, and has fantastic customer service! I received my Kel-Tec P15 within a week of ordering to my local FFL, and I have to say, I'm totally impressed with it! This thing is super light, fits my hand well, is easy to manipulate, and the HiViz sights are excellent! I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet since I've been working and waiting on some brass case ammo to arrive, but it won't be long! I look forward to carrying this gun for a long, long time, and I'm sure Buds will honor the warranty I purchased should I ever have any issues.

As a long-time Kel-Tec customer, I was interested to see how their first striker-fired, metal-framed offering would present. There was a lot of talk from the shows about its great trigger, something KT does not have a reputation for producing. I needn't have worried. The trigger on this pistol is nothing short of amazing--for any gun, at any price. It is smooth, with a crisp break after a short (for Kel-Tec) takeup. The trigger itself is a smooth piece, with a comfortable curved shape and flat face with smoothed edges. Thanks to the aluminum frame and double-layer recoil spring, recoil is very easy to manage. The walnut grips are aggressively checkered, which makes for a positive grip. The extended magazine offers a comfortable perch for one's pinkie, which the standard mag has a small baseplate shelf that helps two-fingered control. Incidentally, the standard mag is the same as KT P-11 mags, so if you have any of those, you already have spares. First range trip I ran 200 rounds without failure or incident. Only prep was a quick slide removal to make sure things were properly lubricated. Accuracy at 10 yards was very good, and the light-tube front sight is a blessing for aging eyes. Maybe sometime I'll look into an optic, but that's down the road.
