The main advantage/upgrade is the fact that you can turn your Non-Optic ready model into an Optic Ready Unit!!! No need to send your slide out and wait on an optic mill job, all ready to go!!

Hi Norris and welcome. It includes Suppressor Height Night Sights and Optics plates. The only advantage is if you have a non OSP model and wish to upgrade the slide or just to have multiple Optics configurations without having to remount each time you switch. Cheers and stay safe!
