This Taurus TX22 is in the top 4 most reliable 22 caliber handguns; Sig P322, Taurus TX22, Glock 44, Ruger Mark series. Comparing them; Ruger is best for slow fire accuracy and NOT training for using a 9mm or action pistol competitions, Glock 44 would be best pick but is NOT optic ready and they refuse to build one so they stay in the stone age, Taurus TX22 is super reliable but has a wobbly factory trigger but can be upgraded easily for $30 - $54.99 DIY making it tied for #1 with Sig, the Sig P322 is reliable and cycles smooth but trigger is what it is and can not be upgraded. The Taurus TX22 feels most like a 9mm and is Great affordable training without the cost of 9mm ammo. Sorry S&W 22 Compact fans, no one I know has had good luck with it and do not find it comfortable to shoot or reliable enough to justify owning it. The Taurus TX22 comes in Compact, Standard, and Competition models. I see lots of these being used at local action 22 pistol shooting competitions. You can't go wrong with this TX22.

Trigger breaks like a dream, sights are accurate and centered. I bought this for training, but will likely work it into my EDC rotation because follow-on shots are quick and easy.

Simply poetry in motion. Shoots like a dream. Follow up shots are silky smooth, recoil is barely noticeable. You wanna have some fun at the range? You need to try this. If you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and snag this. I’m even thinking of carrying it in the summer in my Bando bag, so light weight it’s unreal. Trigger is just fine. Racking the slide feels like a squirt gun, definitely can get your wife and kids into shooting with this gun. Very versatile. Threaded barrel can allow for suppressor down the road. Sights won’t co-witness with my Cyelee Cat0 red dot, oh well. Can be replaced down the road as well, will see. Easy to field strip and clean. Not a ton of holsters available right now, hopefully that changes. Only have about 50 rounds through. Break in period still, had first casing stove pipe after firing and two misfeeds, but a tap, rack, and pull brought back the giddy feeling you get with blasting this down range. No concerns on my end. Just had time to zero in.

El envio fue rapido, cuando la verifico el estado de la pistola estaba en excelente condiciones super liviana municiones al alcanse para poder pasar un dia en el poligono por que el precio de las municiones son economicas el arma en fin excelente arma para botar municiones.

Great shooting and ate everything we feed it. Extremely light and easy to carry. Grip is good. Feels fine in your hand. Would definitely buy again.
