magazine for the Ruger Security-380 pistol. This magazine is designed to
hold 10 rounds of .380 Auto ammunition and is made of alloy steel with a

I contacted Ruger with what I perceived as a manufacturing defect--a small crack on the front edge of the magazine base plate. Ruger sent me two replacements, but they seemed to have the same small crack. I sent the replacements back to Ruger. I was not trying to get something for free. Ruger impressed me with their willingness to replace the magazines that I thought were flawed. I don't know what to say about it. It still looks cracked to me, but may be a fine line left in the base plate during the manufacturing process. It does not seem to influence function. Thank you Bud's. I love the ease of transactions, and customer service.
