Do these Tokarev TX3 shotguns handle the mini shot shells?

Robert, surprisingly yes. Taken from gatdaily.com review - " On the mini shell side, I used 1.75 inch and 2-inch shells. Surprisingly these worked well. The 2-inch shells worked 100% of the time. The 1.75-inch shells barely hiccuped, and one out of ten fed wr0ng in the TX3 12HD. I worked the action in multiple positions, worked it slowly and fast, and the mini shells seemed to feed fine. Hi Robert and welcome. Yes but it will be 100% reliable with 2 inch shells. The dram power charge of the 1.75 inch mini-shell will cycle but not 100%. Test them both as you may be pleasantly surprised. Cheers and stay safe!

it can fire them but not all pumps will feed them the only way to know is to try a box

Is the ghost ring and rail included? How about the magazine tube extension?

Ryan, this includes the fiber optic front sight, ghost ring rear sight and the picatinny rail but the magazine tube extension isn't included. Hope this helps.

The TX3 12HDM A1 blends classic pump-action design with a mix retro styling and modern enhancements making it a go-to firearm for home defense or fun at the range. Inspired by iconic riot shotguns it sports a ventilated heat shield atop the chrome-lined drilled barrel.
