Took this to the range today not knowing what to expect. Had those famous back to battery issues in the back of my mind. I did make sure the weapon was properly lubricated and had also checked for burrs in the frame, just to make sure. This weapon is a thing of beauty. The trigger is everything I had heard about and then some. It ate fmj 115gr and hollows 124gr with no issues at all. Fired over 200 rounds and went home a happy camper. I've ordered a couple of mags that fill the ugly gap the included 15 rounder leaves. The overall size and feel makes this an amazing carry option, it even fits in my pocket and makes no printing with a proper shirt. Give this a go if you're on the fence, can't beat the quality/price combo. My glock is staying home from now on.

This is the second Canik I have purchased and i love it. Easy to carry and conceal. Shoots great and maybe the best trigger on the market today. Very crisp. It will not be the last Canik I purchase.

Greetings I find the Canik Mete MC9 to be one of the best guns I have ever used, I like it so much that I never stop carrying it. Its comfort and functions including the red dot make it a practical and very efficient modern piece, its accuracy and compact method make it a very good gun, I recommend it 10/10.

    The optic does not come pre-installed, it is included in the package but you must install it yourself.

    Just wanted to tell you, the 10 round limit in Illinois is for long guns only. Handguns can have 15 rounds.
    Bud's will ship with 15rd magazines to Illinois.

    Hi Kevin and welcome. Yes it does. One 12 round magazine, and one 15 round magazine. The MC9 also includes a finger extension baseplate, backstraps, holster, mag loader, and a tool kit. Cheers and stay safe!
