The Hi-Point YC9 "YEET CANNON" G2 is finally making it long awaited
debut. This firearm is chambered in 9mm +P rated and comes standard with
a 10-round magazine. Each slide is laser engraved with "YEET CANNON"
above the roll mark. This model comes with a 1/2x28 threaded barrel, so
you can make this legendary YEET CANNON even more legendary by attaching
your favorite 9mm suppressor. The YC9s now feature upgraded grip
texturing to enhance ergonomics as well as front and rear slide
serrations for those ever-important press checks. The trigger on the YC9
has been upgraded and a 1913 Picatinny rail was added so you will be
able to add your choice of light or "beam" you desire. The rear sight
base is adjustable and the pistol can be made optic capable if so
desired. The front sight is compatible with standard Glock Front Sights.
Hi-Point has always been known for manufacturing quality low-cost
firearms and the YC-9 continues that tradition with greatly enhanced

It's a Hi-Point, and normally that would tell you all you need to know. But there's something much more about the "Yeet Cannon" thats difficult to put my finger on. It's better than you think it'll be, and it's a hell of a lot of fun. It's easy to say it's good for the price, and it is, but really it's just good. There are many better pistols out there, but none even close to this price. It's just a damn fun little pistol to take to the range and have a great laugh while shooting it and using the word "Yeet" liberally. Shipping was fast and Buds does a great job of keeping informed of your purchase. I'd buy the YC9 again and I will definitely do business with Buds Gun Shop many more times in the future.

When I saw that the yeet cannon had come out, I knew it would have to be my first Hi-Point. I've seen them, but never shot any of them. I must say, I really like it! Can't beat the yeet cannon version! I took it to the range after oiling it a just bit where I could see contact points, and it performed well overall. The first 3 magazines had me worried that is have a bad example like some online reviews had, jamming, stovepipes, double feeds, etc. But it smoothed out after those initial 3 mags, and worked perfectly for the other 5 mags I fired through it. I used 124 gr reloads and some armscor, all ball ammo. I haven't tried any hollow points yet, I'll probably wait until it breaks in a bit more for that. For the price this gun is great! I don't think I'd carry it as I have other options, but it could be a good carry gun, albeit very heavy and large. My only complaint is that it only comes with just one magazine. I ordered a few more from Hi-Point's website, using the 15% off code they gave me when I registered for the warranty, though. Overall very happy with this one and I think it'll be coming to the range every time I go!
