I am interested in purchasing a Smith & Wesson 5.7 I live in Colorado and we have a 15 round max magazine restriction For an online purchase it said the 2 magazine will be removed will there be a price drop for the gun?

Unfortunately, that's a big No. Bud's just removes the non-compliant magazines, no discount or replacement mags added.
