  Hi Manin, yes sir, this is the Gear Up package. This comes with 5 magazines, (4) flush fit 11r and (1) extended 13rd.
  The GU23 at the end of the model number is for 'Gear Up' 2023

• Q: I am entrusted in the OSP FDE Hellcat but my state only allows 10 round mags. would i be able to buy this and just switch out the mags i'm welling to pay a little extra or just buy the firearm without the mags and buy them in my state

  Hi Timothy, Buds will give the option to have the firearm shipped without mags if capacity is the only State restriction no issue. You would then acquire compliant mags separately. Cheers and stay safe!
