• Q: How can we tell if this model has a double recoil spring or the old single one? The single recoil spring is the old one that had all of the problems.

  Hi Mike and welcome. The only way to tell is with the serial number for verification with Daniel Defense. You can see if Buds Customer Service can verify this batch with their Inventory Manager at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 7pm Mon - Fri and Not available Sat/Sunday. • Q: I want to buy this gun, but I don't want to get it and have to send it to Daniel Defense for the keyholing recall. I need the serial number so I can check with Daniel Defense or for Bud"s to certify that this one has the new barrel and recoil assembly installed.
