You better be sure you like these grips before you buy this one because what comes on the gun is what you're gonna be rolling with for sometime to come. I have no issues with the gun itself, it's a fine firearm and works without complaint. However I've decided a 3in barrel carry revolver isn't for me so I have no use for two-finger grips on what is now essentially a range toy or a gun that will be strategically hidden somewhere in the house. And here's where everyone is thinking just change the grips, right? I know you're thinking it right now. Problem is none of the grips on Rossi's website or Amazon (the only two places I could find them) will fit this new iteration of the RP63. Seriously look where the screws go on the gun in the photo above then look at the screw placement on the replacement grips. I know I bought 3 pairs of Rossi branded RP63 grips off Amazon and none fit. Bottom line it's a fine gun, actually quite a good gun, at its pricepoint but, you better be sure you like the grips or you're just outta luck. I'm taking 2 stars off for the grips and because Rossi for whatever reason made this terrible design mistake. If you're sure you want the two finger grips, this will be a fine choice for you but, if not...

Straight up the OD green and the standard grips are a gorgeous combo. Nice for concealed carry. .357/38+p THE next revolver you need. Ordered from Bud's and arrived in Central FL in 3 days. I recommend this shop and it's selection, free shipping, and speed. Already hit the range and you can feel the .357 power, but shoot the .38's for practice and target shooting. The trigger was fine after seeing this as the main complaint, but those were also 12 to 18 month old reviews. Thanks!

What a fantastic investment in a very rugged, well built and tight 357/38 revolver. I don't know how to exactly explain how well it feels in my hand.Its probably one of most comfortable feeling 357 revolvers I own.That's quite a compliment considering the 357's I have in my collection. I'd even go as far as to say it's even more comfortable then my Colt Python four Inch 357. Ya I know, I always considered Rossi and other more practically priced firearms to be far below the level of comfort and quality. However "the times they be a change'in". I have seen Rossi, Taurus, (now one in the same.) R.I.A. & Charter make leaps and bounds in quality, durability, and comfort. If your looking for just exactly those qualities in a 357/38+P revolver don't hesitate!!! Get ya a Rossi RP63! Stay safe, keep your powder dry and your shots straight! God bless America!
