I'm wondering about the upgrades LTT specifically. I'm assuming it has the durability coating, heavier barrel, larger mag release... but what about the decocker and trigger? I heard that some got the flat Grayson trigger upgrade?

Thanks for the reply to my other question. Perhaps I should clarify, why does the 10 round model of this gun (PX4 Compact LTT 10 round) say it has a heavy barrell and this listing does not say that? I know both have the rotating barrell, but does this gun also include the heavy barrell? Is the 10 round magazine the one difference in the other gun listed? Does this model have the "heavy contour profile rotating barrel action"? Another compact LTT model is listed and the description says that model has the heavy barrell but this model does not have that in the description. Thank you.

Awesome gun, especially with the stock Langdon Tactical upgrades. Smooth double action trigger and crisp, short, single action trigger. I would highly recommend.

I started off with high hopes and was initially disappointed. I like AGGRESSIVE grip textures on my handguns so the smooth sides were a definite concern. I'm not a fan of stickers for grips either. All that being said this gun has definitely grown on me especially after putting on the rubberized grip stickers. The action was very smooth and pleasant to shoot. I didn't notice much of a recoil difference between it and a Glock 19 even though that is one of the purported benefits of the rotating barrel design. The gun functioned flawlessly right out of the box with no issues in the 150rnds I've put through it so far. I do think it needs the tritium front sight for low light work but LTT has those for a reasonable price. Light choices are somewhat limited because of the short rail. Holster choices are also a little sparse. Mine came with a malformed slide release. Overall it feels great (with some modifications for personal preference) and shoots great. Limited accessories make other brands a little more viable though. If this is your first/only gun you may want to look for something with a little more aftermarket support.

After doing quite a bit of research for a reliable and effective personal carry defense firearm to replace my long in the tooth current carry pistol. I settled on the Beretta PX4 compact which has a long positive record since its initial sales in 2004. I’m very satisfied with Buds handling of this purchase. After several range sessions with my Beretta PX4 compact Carry 2, a Beretta USA version influenced by Langdon Tactical, I’m very satisfied with its performance thus far. The PX4 Storm line of pistols all have a rotating barrel which minimizes firing pulse. Because it moves in a linear fashion, so the barrel rise is minimized for precision and minimal recoil . The Compact Carry 2 is different from the basic version in several aspects. Enhanced controls such as Type-G de-cocker and oversized mag release, a blacked out rear sight and a tritium orange front sight, improved double action trigger module and utilizes a massaged competition trigger assembly, which results in a safe, very satisfying light smooth trigger function. The Bobbed hammer uses a D spring, as well as is comfortable when carrying. All-and-all, a very capable product from my initial experience.
