  Hi Lonnie and welcome. It is possible but not practical due to the behind the grip loading. I just tried a dummy load and can combat load but it is not smooth nor quick. Cheers and stay safe!

  Hi Doug, the top handle is removable. This has a fixed tubular magazine, it does not take higher capacity magazines.
