Hi David, Yes these already come with the trigger upgrade from Sig.

The UPC is for the currently manufactured gun so the odds are very high that it has the updated trigger. The only way to know for 100% sure is by the S/N and buds does not give out S/N but if it does not have the "fix" be assured that Sig will take care of you

Great shooting pistol and flawless performance so far. Feels almost as good in the hand as the full size P320. The only couple of items to note are the shorter grip and the width. With the shorter grip, my large hands prevent the mags from free falling unless I significantly re-position the pistol. I will be trying the 13 round mag to see if this will help. Also, as I am a fairly large guy, conceal carrying this pistol can be a challenge due to it's width. OWB holster at 4 o'clock with a large shirt is turning out to be the best and most comfortable option for me. IWB holster was simply too uncomfortable.
