I've been looking for an all around rifle from elk to whitetails, from all reports the 7mm PRC seemed to fit the bill. Being retired I don't have alot of extra cash and for sure not going into debt for a new rifle. The Mossberg combo hit all the marks and as usual Buds had a good price and good service. Loaded up some 150 grain Hornady soft points with a reduced load of H1000 for deer hunting....shot 5 groups, the smallest just at one inch the largest just under a inch and a half, for me more than adequate. Unlike todays generation of bigmouths, showoffs and bragger's....I'm old school and don't take shots at 600,700,800 yds.
