Unfortunately I had to send it back to CZ trigger would not reset all the time. I found the trigger bar rubbing on inserted madazine. They are telling me 4-6 weeks. It is a beautiful firearm and was very accurate. I hope my review goes up after I receive it back from CZ. It is the most expensive pistol I ever purchased so I pretty disappointed.

The CZ Shadow 2 Carry is hands down one of the most impressive “do-it-all” pistols I’ve owned. The weight and balance make recoil feel incredibly flat, follow-up shots are fast, and the trigger is everything you’d expect—crisp, clean break with a short, positive reset. It shoots like a full-on range gun but carries far better than you’d think. Paired with the Holosun EPS, it’s a perfect match. The enclosed emitter gives real peace of mind for EDC—no worrying about lint or debris—and the dot is quick to pick up and rock solid. Adding the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X keeps the setup compact while delivering serious output for low-light situations without turning the gun into a brick. Running it in Werkz IWB and OWB holsters really completes the system. The fit is excellent, retention is secure, and it’s fully compatible with the optic and light. I can comfortably conceal it when needed or switch to OWB for range time without changing anything. Overall, this setup feels refined, reliable, and purpose-built. It shoots like a competition pistol, carries like a defensive tool, and inspires total confidence. For me, it’s the ultimate all-purpose EDC.

Amazing piece if craftsmanship, I have the full size Shadow2 so I had to get this version. The weight and size are perfect. Bud's prices, fast shipping and layaway option made this an easy selection for me.

Very happy with purchase. Have wanted a CZ2 Compact for a while, but had concerns with the original compact. Immediately jumped on this one as soon as it became available. Already taken to range to make sure there are no issues, will be my EDC moving forward. Have ordered from Buds in past and will continue in future, only wish Buds would have more selection or options for Washington State residence, no CZ Shadow 2 with ten round magazines, had to purchase gun without magazines, luckily have some from previous purchases. Lost a star since I lost my magazines sorry.
