The CZ makes exquisite firearms. The PCR holds a history of being a reliable and very able EDC so I went ahead and purchased one. No regrets. The double trigger is hard…. (Which means it is very safe). Once fired on a hard DA (the gun fired because you really wanted it to), the SA becomes smooth and precise. So basically the pistol will constantly remain on a safe condition one… which is what I was after. Have put 350 rounds through it without any issues… so the reliability part of the story is true to date. Will keep practicing with it… while resting assured it will be on my EDC line up… just want to keep practicing the DA… as it is hard… and want to get used to it… plus I feel it is smoothing up a little as I put more rounds through it. Overall a very well built pistol and accurate enough (my larger CZ and 1911s are more accurate… but are expected to be). This compact de cocker model is a solid piece and again… I have no regrets.

This was my first DA/SA gun and first metal frame pistol, and it ruined my striker fired polymer guns for me. Versatile balance of weight and size, not too small or too unwieldy, and feels great to shoot. The trigger is crisp and predictable. Very accurate and reliable. I have more than 1300 rounds of various brands of 115 and 124 grain through this with no malfunctions. If I had to pick on anything, the trigger bite is real after pulling the trigger 100 times or so in a session. The sights could also be better. They're difficult to see in medium or low light, and the glow in the dark dots are really only visible if they just had a bright light shining on them, so pretty useless at night. Minor issues, and both the trigger and sights can be customized with after market replacements.

I am a fan of CZ firearms, so I knew what to expect when ordering this firearm. However, I was not paying attention when I placed the order and ordered the restricted state model (check the model number), so it came with 10rd mags and with a large loaded indicator. Besides my own mistake, the gun is great. It shoots well and met my expectations. However, the loaded indicator annoys me more than it should, so to avoid my mistake, I recommend double checking the model you're ordering. Besides that, is a great DA/SA pistol that is fun to shoot.

I just got this and it fits me very very well. I am 78 and can grap it in a strong grip. All means steady aim and many shots. Very well made. The best I ever picked up except for my colt military 45. It is close. and I like both . You won't be disappointed buying this pistol. It feels great.

Excellent Product. What I expected from a great company like CZ. This is my third CZ pistol. Shoots smoothly and the gun is as accurate as the shooter. Love the decocker feature.
