I purchased 2 of these one for me and another for my son. We're going on an elk hunt. Went to the range (2 hours from my house) and set up the tripod. the yoke allows too much play in the barrel and my shots were all over. I sat down and benched it and was right in the bull. It is kind of flimsy and I kept trying to get the legs spread apart so it would be more stable. I used the primos single stand and took a moose at 270 yards no issues. I wouldn't depend on this tripod for a 500 yard shot.

Bought the tall tripod for added stability as I have used the tall bipod for years. It is of good quality and adjusts very easily. It adds extra stability and confidence for making that shot count. Added weight over the bipod is negligible.

This is an awesome product. I would recommend this shooting stick as a standard item in your hunting tool bag. The legs drop down with an easy pull of the trigger allowing single hand operation, rifle in other hand. This is safer and quicker than other shooting sticks I've used, you don't have to set your rifle down to extend the legs. Great product.
