It says in the description it fits the LC9, Shield 9mm, and Glock 26. If it fits the Glock 26, it should fit the PT-111 Millenium G2 as well, these can be easily altered to fit different guns of the same size.

Jason - it will fit. If it is a bit too tight, warm it up a bit before you install it. It will stretch better when warm.
