Very sweet pistol. I take it with me everytime I go hunting. I like it more than my Ruger MKIII Competition. It just feels way better and in my hand is more accurate than the Ruger. When I take it to the range I set up clays at the 50 yard burm and shoot them while standing. I couldn't do that with the Ruger.

I'd been wanting more of a target .22 LR pistol. It's sweet, and way more accurate than I am. Reliability was 100%, even during the break-in period, using CCI Mini-Mag and Federal bulk pack AutoMatch ammo. I was surprised how well the finger grooved grip fit my XL hands, but based on the other comments I've read, it fits almost everyone very well. It's very comfortable and it points very well. I added a $28 Tactical Solutions Picatinny rail on top. I'm thinking about putting a micro red dot on it. I currently have a tiny green laser mounted on top, and that's fun. The laser isn't in the most ergonomic position. All the way to the front is easier to operate but that blocks one of the two screws needed to remove the rail as part of the disassembly to clean the pistol. Browning recommends that users do not disassemble the pistol, which is nuts. Even with the cleanest burning ammunition, after 500 rounds this little pistol is going to be choking to death on crufty blowback crud. There are two flat headed cap screws that need to be removed with a hex bit, but disassembly and reassembly isn't all that bad. The recoil spring assembly is a self contained module, and the only other parts are the slide and buffer. One more screw removes the barrel but I leave the barrel in place and pull an Otis cable around the rear pillar to clean the bore from chamber to muzzle. I did the Heggis Flip. The sear spring can be reversed to lighten the trigger pull. There are online videos and descriptions showing the process. The stock trigger feels very good (short travel and crisp break) but is WAY too heavy for a target pistol. What was Browning thinking? They got so many other details right that the heavy trigger seems like a serious oversight. After the Heggis Flip, the 4.44 pound trigger became a 2.49 pound trigger. It's a HUGE difference. Much better. I did need to bend the long leg of the spring away from the safety because it was jamming the safety lever, but otherwise the mod was quick and easy if done while cleaning the pistol. Getting to it is the hardest part! As always. Bud's part of the buying process was perfect.

Best shooting .22 I've ever shot and I've shot a lot. Buds was running a deal I couldn't turn down. If you look at Buds gun site a lot you will find some great deals but they may only last a few days. Keep an eye out.

Very nice gun, especially for the price. Gun came with 2 magazines and a Browning logo soft gun case. Thought it would have come with a box but it ships in the soft case in a plain brown box with a label describing the contents(description., serial# ect) on the end flap. Combined the great price with a $50 summer rebate from Browning. I got a new Buckmark for about $250.00. No complaints. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Awesome little handgun. Triggers on these have a low pull weight and are very crisp, with a nice short and tactile reset. Sights are nice and big, easy to see against your target. The gun shot very well when I took it out. The nice gun rug it came with is a good bonus. If you're in the market for a .22 handgun, these are great! Points very naturally, and the bull barrel soaks up what little recoil there is. Very happy with the gun.

Great price. The URX Kit comes with 2 magazines and a rug for $302 plus a Browning rebate. It may be available elsewhere but it will not be as easy as Buds. The pistol is a Browning. Shot my first one 60 years ago. I like them so much I bought a Buckmark Camper Stainless this week. It is a pistol you can pass on and it will be looked at and handled with awe just like I have been doing with Brownings for 60 years. Yes I own a 1911 and I like it. I also have a bunch of lightweight concealed carry pistols but they do not feel like a Browning.
