• Q: This gun comes with a 14 round magazine and here in Maryland we're only allowed 10 rounds. If I were to order it would it be rejected or would they replace it with a compliant magazine or would it be shipped with no magazine? And in that case where is a link to a compliant magazine

• Q: was just wondering if there was no safety at all on this gun??

  There is no manual safety feature available in the Smith and Wesson SD40. The only visible safety feature is on the bottom half of the trigger, which requires being depressed before the striker can be engaged. http://www.40handgunreviews.com/smith-wesson-sd40ve-review.html
