The Stoeger Uplander double shotgun is based on a traditional English design that has enjoyed renewed popularity in recent years. If you don’t want to spend a fortune on a British model that could take years to arrive, take another look at the affordable Uplander.

All Stoeger Uplander models feature a tang-mounted safety that automatically engages when the gun is broken open.

This model offers traditional double trigger. 

All models of Stoeger Uplander side-by-sides come standard with extractors.

The receiver is precision machined to exacting tolerances to ensure that the Uplander will hold up year after year, no matter how much it’s used.

This Uplander is the Field Grade.   All models feature American walnut stocks.

It's sweet shooting, light and handy, very well made

I give this a 4 because of price alone. It’s the only sxs you can get for a reasonable price, however, the machining is kinda rough on the internals, it’s heavier than expected, and the triggers could be a lot better but I used it opening day for dove and it did the job just fine. I bought this as a good looking alternative to my beretta semi so I don’t put too many “miles” on it and this shotgun did what I wanted. Looks good and is functional.

I was very much surprised of the quality of this shotgun,didn't expect the build to be this robust for this cost.Bud's had it to my FFL in just a few days I would recommend this side by side for anyone who likes the old school classics,Beats paying 4 times the cost for others that I have seen.
