The Hornady 9mm 135 grain Critical Duty round is a very accurate and consistent, rating very high in performance. But for this ammunition I would still be carrying my 1911 .45 ACP. I’m retired LEO and that’s how much I trust it to protect me and my family.

Got this product specifically to go with my Extar EP9. My choice for home defense. Great product (Hornady never disappoints) at a great price that I know will do the job. Shoots smooth. Was a bit disappointed when I saw it was out of stock but, put my name to be notified and Bud's was prompt in notifying me when it came back on the shelf. Ordered more that day! You won't be disappointed. They also have this in 124/135 +P for even a little more 'punch' if you want it.
