This is an M-63 Tankers Rifle, built by Mitchell’s Mausers. It is a bolt-action rifle with a milled-steel 5-round magazine, a 17.4-inch barrel, an inverted-V front sight, a 1400 meter adjustable rear sight, and a semi-gloss blond stock. It is chambered in .243 WIN and will accept stripper clips. Its bayonet lug accepts a K98/M48 bayonet.
