Ruger's Security-9 is compact for easy concealment. Its precision machined, hard coated aluminum chassis features full-length guide rails, a through-hardened alloy steel slide and barrel, and high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. The Secure Action combines the smooth trigger pull of the LCP with a short, crisp feel and positive reset while the textured grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip. An internal, Secure Action hammer provides strong ignition force yet allows for easier slide racking. Its front cocking serrations allow for positive slide manipulation. The Security-9 also features drift adjustable sights, manual safety, and includes two alloy steel magazines. This compact model has a 3.42" barrel 10-round capacity.

I really like it the Ruger security 9 compact I carry the full size security 9 on duty cleaned and oiled it first took it to the range, put around 20 RDS thru it no problems, it's the perfect edc for me buds did a great job from ordering too delivery to my FFL thank buds .

The Ruger Security Nine, to me, is an expanded version of the Ruger LCP. It has an internal hammer firing system, not a striker. I really like the trigger pull and reset. The accuracy is acceptable. As it shoots better than I do. When I first got it, I had some hang ups with the slide release. It was so stiff I had trouble releasing It after inserting a loaded mag. I think The Problem Was more me than the gun .For some reason, the problem went away after I shot it a while. Over all I am satisfied with it. For the money, I think it is a good value and well worth what I paid for it .It is small enough to conceal, but large enough to shoot well. Bud's Shipped it very quickly, and the transfer was pretty much seamless. If you want a dependable gun without having to spend a lot, The Security Nine Ruger fits the bill perfectly. Thank you Bud's I will be back later.
