Thomas, unfortunately buds won't ship to New York at the moment. Hopefully that'll change soon but for the time being buds doesn't ship ammo to NY. Sorry but hope this helps.

Thomas, Bud's will not ship ammo to NY State, not even to FFL. The NY Attorney General is cracking down on illegal ammo sales, and even though it is legal to ship to FFL, many vendors, including Bud's , will not ship ammo to NY. Buds had a great deal on this box of 1000 round 9mm ammunition. I like the way it was individually boxed in 40 rounds each but also shipped in a case. It was short 50 rounds but Buds customer service handled it promptly. This good am and shoots clean in all my 9mm’s. Thank you Buds
