Hi Anjani, yes, Dictator Murphy recently signed a new law banning 50 BMG. This would not be NJ legal anyway, as it has too many banned features. The following are prohibited: ✘ Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock ❌ 2. Pistol grip 3. Bayonet lug ❌ 4. Flash suppressor ❌ 5. Threaded barrel 6. Grenade launcher

These rifles are in very limited supply as they were made for military contracts and these are the overrun.

Per military contract each rifle is shipped with factory mounted, leveled and trued scope and mount. Each rifle has been factory bench tested with additional military level gaughing and inspection verifying to specific military requirements.

Certificate of authenticity provided with each rifle including the factory serial number.

-Serialized and matched upper and lower receivers.

-LEUPOLD MARK 5 HD 5-25x56MM PR2-MIL reticle, first focal plane scope.

-LEUPOLD integrated mounting system.

-TWO 10 round magazines with witness holes.

-Pelican 1750 case with foam and inserts to specific military model.

-Extendable titanium bipod.

-Titanium monopod.

-Otis cleaning kit.
