Will this fit a standard size 1911 holster

Richard, yes Sir it will. The extra width of the double stack in in the grip. The holsters I have, the grip area is outside of the holster.

Will this fit magpul grips and will it accept any dovetail sight?

Kevin - the Grips must be for a standard Government model/Full size 1911, and any grips so designated will work just fine. . As far as sights, different manufacturers use different size dovetail mounts. On this particular 1911, the sight cuts in the pistol's slide are Front Sight(Dovetail) 0.330" x 65 Deg. Rear Sight(Dovetail) 0.495" x 65 Deg. You will need these dimensions when you change the sights. And most sights will require fitting, as foreign manufacturers will often get the dimensions of their sight cuts "close to" what they should be, but just "not quite" precise. But fitting would most likely be required for pretty much any pistol when changing the sights, foreign or American made.

Any standard 9mm 1911 magazines will fit and work (officers or compact will not) most 1911 aftermarket parts should fit but most of them will require fitting. That is the nature of the 1911 and is true of all 1911 guns

Love it the slide moves like butter didn’t need to brake it in either. Even though handle of the gun is thicker it still feels good. Mag release literally shoots out the magazine for fast reloading only thing is I need to hunt for magazines I heard the ruger 11911 18rd mag works but haven’t tried my self to confirm any recommendations for magazines will be helpful.
