This is the second Girsan Regard I’ve purchased through Buds in the last few months and to be honest I couldn’t be happier with this recent purchase. The price was way too good to pass up especially with it coming with a threaded barrel and G10 grips. Combined separately your saving a lot of money. So now to the the gun itself! The threaded barrel has a different twist than other threaded barrels. This one is the typical right to tight, left to loose. One plus is this Girsan comes with a rubber o’ring on the threaded barrel, which will help prevent the loosening of the cap, this is a first with other threaded barrel purchases. The G10 grips are extremely nice and really add a nice touch. So far I’ve shot about 500 rounds through it and had only one fail to eject other then that, it fired flawlessly, eating up various brands. As for magazines the Girsan pistol “IS” compatible with Beretta magazines with is a huge plus, the negative is the Girsan only comes with one mag.. which is weird since the last one (FDE Girsan) I got came with two. I’ve carried the Beretta as a service member for 20 years. But the Girsan has by far beaten all expectations as a clone and is worth the purchase. Highly recommend!!
