So in tha picture it looks gray but it's not..its a army green color ...disappointed, but that was my fault, I didn't read the description. And also tha trigger is extremely hard to pull ..another disappointment. I don't recommend this gun waste of money

I purchased this little bugger for two reasons; 1] I've always wanted a derringer. 2] Without going broke, I wanted to find out if I could make this weapon serviceable, knowing full well it would require some 'smithing'. Mission accomplished, pink grips are on and this little .25acp is ready for my wife's purse. I am awaiting my .38 as I write this. Out of the box, this derringer makes a great paperwork, it does function, but your headstone would be fully engraved if you attempted to use it. If you are afraid to void the warranty, I recommend you do not purchase this gun. I give it 5 stars, after minor modifications it becomes very serviceable. For what it is, it's nicely manufactured, sturdy and has historical qualities, It is super concealable and will get the job done. 2-.25's or 2-.38's on the person, are much better than the .45 locked in the safe, if you know what I mean. Glad I did this and Bud's still good to go amidst the pandemic. God Bless America!

Pretty little gun and one of the smallest centerfire you can buy. Nice novelty for the money that's fun to shoot and can offer some challenge to hit pop cans much beyond BO range. Might want to get the .22LR version if you're going do much plinking with it since .25acp rounds are small but not cheap. As far as actually using this derringer for concealed carry I would not recommend. The tiniest caliber designed by the great John Browning is very reliable and served its purpose for safely exiting shady card games back in the day, but there are better choices for a small inexpensive pocket pistol these days. If you like derringers and want a NIB .25acp in your collection you might want to get one before they're extinct.

Due to the hysterical panic that is currently taking place here with San Antonio gun stores, I am unable to take possession of my order.

I was very satisfied with the price and quality of this derringer. My only complaint, is the trigger pull. It is so hard, I can barely fire the gun. I had intended to send it back to have them reduce the trigger to 10 or 12 pounds but there was an earth quake in Utah, so I'm taking it to a local gunsmith and will pay for the work myself. I spoke to a gun smith at Cobra Firearms and they said it's a safety feature. I guess the gun is safe, if you can't shoot it. If you buy one, plan on fixing the trigger pull.
