  Les, yes this just comes with 10 round magazines for states with magazine capacity restrictions. It can accept higher capacity mags.   Alfred, yes Sir it does. This pistol comes in a hard plastic case with owners manual, warranty registration card (2) 10rd Magazines, cable lock, bore brush and Three interchangeable palmswell grip inserts for optimal hand fit and trigger reach: S, M, & L, Kydex Style Holster, tool/cleaning kit.
