Rossi M92 Lever Action Carbine .45 LC, 16" Barrel - Blue/Black, 16" Barrel, 8+1 Rounds, Wood Stock

I gave this one star because there isn't a choice for negative stars. Out of the box this piece of garbage would not even eject a round. The extractor won't drop and grab the cartridge case. If I tap it with a plastic mallet it will grab, but not otherwise. I found out, after the fact, that it's common for these rifles to have issues. This is absolutely unacceptable in a new firearm. How does a company send out a rifle that won't eject?!!! They don't test them?!!! They don't care?!!! I was taking this rifle with me on a trip outdoors as my truck gun. I was very excited to have this rifle! Utterly disgusted and beyond livid at this sheer disregard for quality and utter contempt by Rossi for their customer base. I will see if a gunsmith can do anything. If the price is too much, I will literally chop this piece of junk up with my angle grinder and dump it. I have three friends who really wanted to buy this rifle. One in .45 like mine and two in .357 Magnum. I just let them know and they will go with another brand like Henry or anything else. I was also looking at a couple of Rossi revolvers. Not anymore!!! I will tell every possible person I meet or encounter who is even thinking of buying this to not waste their money.

Love this little guy. Mild recoil and accurate. The finish is so nice and the rifle looks so good even my FFL is going to order one
