• Q: Is there any way to ship this with a stupid fin grip, 10 round mag and pinned stock? I have the M&P15 Sport and like it and was thinking I might like this 308 version.

• Q: Are you able to swap furniture such as the handguard and stock the same as you would on any other AR Platform?

  Cameron, yes you can swap furniture but it's not quite as easy as an AR15. The AR10 platform doesn't have a milspec, so all parts aren't universal. With AR15 parts are milspec, so most furniture is universal. The AR10 uses two common patterns, the armalite AR10 pattern and the dpms/lr-308 pattern. This rifle uses the dpms lr-308 pattern. For the stock pretty much any stock will fit. For the handguard you have to find a dpms lr-308 compatible handguard. Just Google dpms lr-308 handguard and you'll have plenty of options. So it's easily customizable just a little more complicated than an Ar15 but once you get the hang of it you'll have no problem. Hope this helps.

  Renee, unfortunately no, this is not legal in new jersey due to the Pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel and flash hider. Sorry but hope this helps.

• Q: Will Buds send S&W mp10 308 to dealer in Colorado minus the magazine?

  Bruce, other members have stated that if the magazine capacity is the only State restricting factor, Buds will remove the magazine. You should ask Buds Customer Service directly at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).

  Yes it is you can use 7.62 NATO in a .308 as the 7.62 NATO ammo is a lower pressure round and is safe in the .308 rifles

  This is a solid rifle the only drawback it has is the weight. Loaded, with a scope and sling and bipod this rifle will weigh in excess of 11 pounds. Okay if you are hunting from a vehicle or stand. Not good if you are hoofing it.
