This is an awesomely accurate rifle. Easy to shoot, nice trigger which is adjustable. Bolt removal and cleaning is very simple and quick. After adjusting the supplied scope, was getting about 1" groups at 125 yds. using 55gr V-max ammo. Thinking of adding a bipod for more stability when sitting on ground. A serious solution for longer range varmits!

The savage axis xp II is an awesome rifle, flat shooting and very accurate. I did have to bore sight it myself and then dial it in at my range. I will be buying more savage products and doing more business with Buds.

Terrific rifle and terrific bargain! This Savage Axis II xp in stainless has got to be the best value out there for high speed/low drag target-varmint shooting. The 22-250 is flat and true. Many shots through the same holes at 50 and 100 yds. Buds had it to my door in just a few days and I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend both Savage and Buds!

Very nice savage 22 250 stainless with composite stock. Arrived in perfect condition with Weaver scope boresighted to within 4 inches up and down side to side. 6 rounds put me within half inch of the bullseye. Great gun at a great price!
