Didn’t realize Ruger makes a right and left handed magazine. I bought a left handed 10/22 to which made these mags absolutely useless. Come on Ruger..Seriously…! Just because I’m a lefty doesn’t mean I should be limited to 10 round mags. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of and I spent 20 years in the military.

The product should be fine, I give the Mags 5 Stars! I have other BX25 mags and they run fine. This experience was the strangest one I have ever got from Bud's. They accidently overcharged me by a few bucks and I caught it so called in and spoke to a lady after calling customer service. That lady treated me poorly and would not admit that a mistake had been made. And why did they sell me insurance when I did not click the box to buy it? Oh it's already clicked, you have to un-click it. She said she can cancel the insurance but it only takes 1 dollar off and shipping is 12 bucks and change. Why didn't she just say, sorry for the mistake we'll correct it? I was frustrated and said well perhaps I should simply cancel the order completely...? And that No Customer Service Lady proceeded to threaten me with a 15% restocking charge. Nice. So I told her to go ahead and ship the order but with no insurance and for no more than 56 bucks and change. She did correct the charges to my bank card so it was right, but I see that I was charged $13 and change for shipping so she didn't take off the insurance like we agreed! She needs fired from Customer Service. ZERO Stars for Customer Service lady...

Great mag from Rugar. Just don’t try to run the softer tip “clean ammo”. Sounds like a great idea to try them since.22 can be dirty. They just don’t feed well. Sometimes not at all. I just run regular .22 ammo and clean my 10/22 after. No problem and fun day plinking on the cheep.
