Hi-Point's 995TS 9mm carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 995TS carbine has a 16.5" barrel for an OAL of 31". Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition. This model has an OD Green stock with black metal finish and includes a 10-round magazine. (The mag is not interchangeable with C9)

Bud's was excellent as always, the rifle is ugly and heavy for what it is, and absolutely a blast to plink around with. Mine runs like a swiss watch. 250- 300 rounds so far. Just clean it and shoot! May buy one of these in 10 mm for a camp rifle.

I love it. It shoots smooth. No recoil at all, the springy stock isn't necessary but it's a cool feature. I enjoyed shooting it. Added my optics easily & she was ready to go. I recommend this gun...

The Hi Point 995TS 16.5 inch 9mm carbine was not a pleasure to shoot. The ergonomics are all wrong and it’s nearly impossible to get comfortable shooting. While the carbine fired flawlessly it just felt like I was holding up a tree at the range. It is a functional firearm for a truck gun. It just doesn’t look like a good firearm.

I have taken this 995TS in OD Green to the range twice now and the rifle is working well. Front site screws loosened up after the second range trip but was an easy fix. I recommend buying extra mags to keep the fun going. This carbine is fun to shoot and work on.

For such a cheap rifle it shoots flawless!! Very accurate lil on bulky side but not bad for a plinker!!
