  Anthony, no Sir. The 10rd and 14rd Magazines are the exact same size for the M&P45 Full Size Pistol. The 10rd is just pinned to only hold 10rd for restricted States. Cheers and stay safe!

  Richard, This magazine will not fit or function in a 45 ACP Shield no matter what Gen. This magazine is a double stack magazine for the S&W M&P 45 ACP. The Shield uses a single stack 45 ACP magazine. The community is not reading your question completely. This is a double stack magazine. The Shield use a single stack magazine.

• Q: Do M&P 45s bought showing a 10-rd capacity accept 14-rd magazines? (As in, I’m looking at a S&W M&P which shows a 10-rd capacity. But I’d like to buy/use 14-rd magazines in it if I bought it. (It’s legal in my state.)

  yes they do the 10 round mags are just modified 14 round mags for sale in "limited capacity " states
