I think I rushed to judgement prematurely with this holster, when I opened the plastic clam-shell package and a bunch of small plastic parts fell on the floor, along with pkges of screws and fasteners. I was expecting a completely assembled product, ready to use, like other pancake holsters(i.e. fobus). The instructions didn`t help, so I considered returning this item to BUDS. The BUDS rep explained the procedure and couldn`t be nicer, even though I emphasized it was NOT the fault of BUDS. Between the time it would take me to drive to the Post Office, buy new packaging for the return, pay postage, and eat the 10% restocking fee, it just wasn`t worth it in the end. I called the "800" phone on the package, but that was a non-working phone number. I googled the company and called Blackhawk. They took my phone number and had Tech Support call me back. Those "little plastic parts" were not even needed, and putting in 3 screws to the paddle was a breeze. I thanked the Tech, and pointed out ALL the Blackhawk products(slings, AK-47 parts, AR-15 access, Para-military gear, ect.) that I own and serve me well. The holster works great and fits like a glove! Kudos to Blackhawk, and of course BUDS, the ONLY place I now buy my guns,ammo, and gear(except Underwood ammo). Go BUDS, you guys are the BEST!
